Socal's objective for a new design was to differentiate themselves from other "ordinary" printing companies and highlight their strength of customer service. With a new logo and mission statement just completed, we needed to highlight these in the new site design. We took the new logo and integrate its sleek colors of orange and black into the header and other design elements. For the mission statement, we parsed it into it's four key elements and rotated them on the home page slider.
The result is that visitors can get a sense of SoCal's messaging within the first 15 seconds of being on the site. The other very important part was developing a call-to-action on each page---this helps achieve the website conversion goals.
