eRoom 7.3 Train the Trainer Boot Camp (coming soon)

Description

This session is for organizations who want to conduct their own eRoom training and need to ramp up their trainers.  It's an intense, 5-day hands-on workshop that prepares instructors to deliver end user training.  During the session, students will have the opportunity to go through eRoom end-user training, develop materials that are specific for their company, and actually practice the delivery of eRoom topics.  It includes the following:

• Complete review of all eRoom Beginner-level and eRoom for Coordinators content
• An understanding of the most critical topics to cover for any eRoom course
• Examples and ideas for conveying specific eRoom features
• How to set up and maintain a classroom for training on eRoom
• A list of commonly-asked questions during a training session, and ideas for following up on unanswered questions
• An opportunity to deliver a segment of training to the rest of the class or to actual end users
