Description:
The Beginner Team-Based training
session is an exciting, new style of learning eRoom--working in teams and
simulating a real-world environment. This hands-on
workshop helps new users get a first-hand
experience of collaboration through the use of business scenarios, where
users are given a specific role on a team and they need to work together to
complete the exercises. It's fun, entertaining, and users will enjoy
learning in this environment. Topics include:
Creating content in an eRoom, including folders, lists, discussions,
calendars, notes, polls, links

Using databases: adding database records, creating new
databases from facility templates

Understanding and using dashboards and project plans
Adding and editing files and documents such as Word and Excel
Access control: understanding, setting, and changing the security settings on items
Notification settings: understanding and changing settings for e-mail activity reports
How to navigate through eRoom using unread items and the eRoom Monitor
E-mail and Inboxes
Intercom & Chat
Customizing the workspace
Document version tracking
Searching an eRoom
