Description
This course focuses on the

uncommon to have one or two Site Administrators and
multiple Community Administrator depending on the size
of deployment. Both roles are covered in the
course because of the connection between them.
Specific topics include:
- An overview of eRoom, its
architecture, and hardware requirements
- Review and understanding of
Site-level eRoom settings, including best practices
and tips
- Review and understanding of
Community-level eRoom settings, including best
practices and tips
- Review and understanding of
Facility-level eRoom settings, including best
practices and tips
- How to create and read Usage
Reports
- Member management, including
directory connections and groups
- Site Maintenance, including

- Site Support, including using
