Custom eRoom Training

We can customize eRoom training for many different needs.  One of the most popular ways to customize is to "menu pick" content from different courses and put them together into a single session.

Here's an example.  A manufacturing company had a group of six eRoom "power users," each with their own responsibility for the eRoom deployment at their company.  These included training, support, eRoom coordination, and community administration.  We pulled topics from eRoom Beginner, eRoom Coordinator, eRoom for Support Staff and eRoom Site Administration, and assembled into a two-day session.  We had an outline of the topics to be covered, but we had the ability to go "off topic" if particular questions came up that were not on the agenda.
