eRoom Icons Terms of Service & Disclaimer
This is a legal agreement between the
purchaser of the icons, and OpenVine Solutions,
Inc. ("OpenVine"). By
downloading any icons purchased from OpenVine, you
agree to abide by all the terms and conditions
mentioned in this agreement.
OpenVine retains ownership and
copyrights of all licensed icons. Upon purchase
of an icon package the customer
is granted a nonexclusive, non-sublicensable
right to use the icons royalty-free according to
the following terms and conditions.
You have rights to
- You have rights for royalty free use of our
icons within any single eRoom site, which
includes one production installation and one
test installation, including all
Communities, Facilities, and eRooms within
that site.
- Your have the rights to use our icons
within screenshots or videos that are
generated for the purpose of eRoom education
and training.
- You have the rights to export facilities
and eRooms that contain our icons, and
re-use the facilities and eRooms within that
same eRoom site.
- You may modify the icons per your
requirements and use them royalty-free
within your eRoom site.
You do not have rights to
- You do not have rights to
Redistribute/resell/lease/license/sub-license or
offer free downloads of our icons in their
present form or in a modified form to any third
party.
- You are not allowed to use our icons outside of
an eRoom site, including but not limited to any
third-party or in-house software applications,
design projects, websites, and intranet
applications.
OpenVine reserves the copyrights and
ownership rights of all the icons downloaded
from this website or through our payment
processor. We reserve the right to change
the prices of our icons and/or icon-packages
without notice and at our sole discretion.
OpenVine will not be held responsible
for any outcome that may occur during the course
of usage of our icons.
