Description
This service is specifically for
the pre-sales phase for companies considering a purchase
investment in Documentum eRoom. We work with you
to identify a specific business group and application
where eRoom can address some key collaboration
challenges. We then provide an onsite consultant
for two days to lead in building a prototype eRoom which
is customized for the business process.
By the end of Day 2, you will have an
eRoom that is ready to showcase internally to the
relevant groups and even to use in a pilot project, if
appropriate.
As part of this service, we also provide assistance with
presentations and can remotely make updates to the
prototype eRoom as needed. If you ultimately
purchase eRoom, the prototype will accelerate your
deployment because you will have a production-ready eRoom
ready to implement.
