eRoom Premier Coaching

Description

This is an innovative service for organizations that have already launched eRoom and have multiple business units or groups working with it.  What commonly happens is that different groups start using eRoom without much training.  They set up eRooms, sometimes for departments, sometimes for projects or cross-functional teams.  There may be one or two "power users" that serve as coordinators and maintain the eRoom. As the needs of the group changes, they update the eRoom accordingly, but often wonder if there's a better way to set things up.

Another scenario is when a new user creates an eRoom from scratch or based on one of the included room templates.  They know they want a particular type of process to be implemented, such as document approval, but they're not sure the best way to do it and could use some help.  The room for the most part meets their needs except for a few specific items they would like to see.

The Premier Coaching service was created to address these types of needs.  Over a 2+ day period, individual or small group sessions are set up with our Senior eRoom Consultant, who "coaches" them and answers specific questions.  The groups will often show the Consultant their eRoom and ask for advice on how to set it up.  Or they may ask about particular features.  Basically, "anything goes" in these very focused   The length of each session may vary, but typically there are one-hour time slots set up throughout the day, and users are scheduled accordingly.
