Many eRoom customers have employed creative ways of using the eRoom API for custom applications, including reporting, usability, and administration.  In this presentation, we will see some first-hand examples of eRoom has been customized, and discuss other ideas that have been suggested.

Tom Shaheen is president of NetPortfolio, a development firm that specializes in .Net development and builds custom eRoom solutions around this platform, which offers a very simple and "non-invasive" way of being deployed.  He will showcase some of their developments and answer questions about the possibilities of other customizations.
