The topic for this meeting will be on eRoom Governance, or the policies and procedures that companies employ to manage the overall eRoom deployment.  This includes topics such as:

• What is the criteria for creating a new eRoom?
• What is the business process for setting up an eRoom? Is approval required?  Who has the ability to set up an eRoom?
• What roles do Coordinators play in support and eRoom creation?
• How is community administration handled?
• What is the overall support strategy?

There is a broad spectrum of approaches that companies take to governing eRoom, and in this discussion we will here how it done at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.  Many companies have little structure around eRoom governance, and this discussion will help them see the benefits of it and give some practical tips in implementing it.

Because this is our first User Group meeting, we will also discuss the group, its organization, and future meetings and topics as time permits.  Join us!
